This is the beginning for me and this solo project called Silk and Sulfur, a gothic themed Rock and Metal project currently in Pueblo, Colorado. 

I am the hero, Steve James: Rock/Metal songwriter, guitarist and singer. I am here to bring you my perspective on things through music and to also bring you a hell of a good time.

I am currently working on an album that will be broken up into three parts. Each part being four songs.

I am also going in the fall to finish up a Bachelor of Arts in Music. I also attend Berklee Online and wish to achieve a degree in songwriting through Berklee Online.

I plan on moving myself and the project within a couple years to the Pacific Northwest.
